Do I need a reservation to paint pottery?No reservation needed! We are a walk-in studio. However, if you have a large group, you are welcome to call ahead & see if we currently have the space to accommodate you!

Is there a studio fee to paint pottery?There is no studio fee to paint the first time you come in when you initially choose your piece. However, if you bring it back to finish another day a studio fee of $8 will be applied.

How soon do I get my pottery back after leaving it to be fired?Your pottery will be ready for pick-up in 7-12 days. We'll give you a call as soon as you can come & get them. Don't worry if you can't come in right away for them. We will hold pieces for 30 days. Though, after that grace period, we do not guarantee that your pottery will be available.

What if I don't finish painting my pottery piece in one sitting?We understand that some masterpieces take more time. If you don't finish painting your pottery, you just pay for your piece, take it home with you, & come back any time to finish it. The studio fee will be applied when you come back to finish it.

Can I bring food & drinks in while I paint?You are welcome to bring your beverage in while you paint (especially if its coffee, wine, etc bought from one of the wonderful local businesses on the square). You can also bring in a snack if you'd like, though we would appreciate it if you would refrain from bringing in a whole meal.

Will my pottery be food safe?Yes, after firing, your pottery pieces will be food safe! We use non-toxic, high quality glazes. However, we don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher because the the temperature changes can cause the glaze to crackle.

What if I break something in the studio?If you or your child breaks any bisque or sample pieces, it will be added to your bill at checkout. There are many fragile things in our studio, so please be careful around the bisque shelves.

What is your return policy?All bisque pottery is final sale. Once you begin to paint it, it's yours, so please make sure you are happy with your chosen piece before beginning to decorate it. Workshops & events are non-refundable. However, with some events we can hold your supplies for you & you can come in to complete it at a later time. It will be noted in the workshop/event description if this applies to your chosen event. Items bought in the shop are eligible for return for 14 days after purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused & in original condition with all tags & stickers still in place.
